Brand Name (Short Form): For ease of reference, the registered entity PERSIMMONSG may be referred to as “PERSIMMON” throughout these Terms and Conditions. Both names refer to the same legal entity.
Website: Refers to the website located at persimmon.sg.
Products: Refers to all 3D-printed items, digital files, accessories, and other goods or services listed for sale on the Website.

Acceptance: By accessing and using this website, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Changes: We reserve the right to update or change these T&Cs at any time. The current version will always be posted here.

Products & Pricing: All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in SGD and are subject to change without notice.
Made-to-Order: All items are pre-order and manufactured only after purchase. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated lead times (approx. 2 weeks).
Payment: We accept various payment methods. All payments must be received in full before an order is processed.

Ownership: All 3D models, digital files, product designs, photography, text, and graphics displayed on this website are the exclusive property of PERSIMMONSG and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: Customers are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or reselling any of our designs or products without explicit written permission.

Commitment: While our products lack external certification, we maintain rigorous internal quality control.
Design Process:Every initial design, prototype, and final product model undergoes vigorous in-house testing, in-depth research, and heavy endurance evaluation to establish our high internal standards before release.
Order Testing: Crucially, every individual customer order must pass a defined set of quality control checks and internal performance standards before it is packaged and released for shipping.
Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuous product improvement based on our testing and user feedback.

Disclaimer of Certification: Our products, particularly those with electronic components, are not certified by any governmental or safety standards body.
User Responsibility: You assume sole responsibility for determining the suitability and safety of the Products for the purposes for which you intend to use them.
Liability Waiver: By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge that PERSIMMONSG is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or misuse of this product, including but not limited to improper installation, incorrect application, or foreseeable risks associated with its intended use.

Limit: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PERSIMMONSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use them.
Maximum Claim: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
