Delivery Zone

We currently only ship within Singapore.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Fee

A flat rate of SGD$5.00 is charged for all island-wide deliveries.

Delivery Time

• All items are pre-order. Please allow an estimated 2 weeks (14 calendar days)
  
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) once your order has been shipped.

Our Return Policy

We only accept requests for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse, as all products are made-to-order.

Eligibility Window

You must contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered.

How to Start

Please email us immediately with your order number and attach clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

Resolution

Upon review of your images, if your request is approved, we will provide you with the next steps. Resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may include a replacement or a full refund.

Condition

All reported items must be unused and returned with all original packaging, if a return is required.

Return Shipping & Reimbursement

If a physical return is required, we will provide you with detailed instructions.

• Deadline: The product must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Failure to do so will void your refund or exchange request.
• The customer covers the initial shipping cost to us
• Shipping Reimbursement: Upon our receipt of the returned product, we will immediately reimburse the return shipping fee, capped at SGD$5.00.
• Final Resolution: Approval for the full refund or exchange will only be processed after the product passes our internal inspection.
