Cleaning

  • Everyday dusting: use a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
  • Dust, dirt & foreign objects:  lightly dampen the cloth with plain water only.
  • Wipe Gently: The product may have delicate or fragile parts, so avoid heavy  pressure.
  • Never use abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners: they will dull the surface and damage the finish.

Do Not Use Dimmers

Our internal lighting is set to a specific voltage to fix the brightness. Do not connect the lamp to any external dimmer switch or voltage regulator. Using an external device will damage the electrical components and void the warranty.

Keep Dry

Avoid all contact with water or liquids. Although the light is enclosed within the housing, the product is an assembly of multiple components and is not watertight. Water may seep through joints or wire exit points, leading to permanent electronic failure or short circuits.s

Indoor Use Only

Designed for indoor settings only. Avoid rain and harsh outdoor environments to maintain material integrity and quality.

Immediate Shutdown

If the light does not turn on (after trying different USB outlets), or if it feels unusually dim, unusually bright, or begins flickering, turn it off immediately. If you encounter any of the above issues, contact us via the [Contact Us] page.

Avoid Heat Exposure

3D-printed materials are sensitive to heat and may warp or melt. Keep your item away from direct sunlight, ovens, heaters, or any hot appliances, and hot vehicle interiors.

Avoid Heavy Pressure

Do not apply heavy pressure or press hard on a focused spot. Because 3D printing is manufactured by layering plastic, concentrated force can cause the material to crack, de-laminate, or break. Handle with care to maintain structural integrity.

Stability First (Freestanding)

Ensure all items are placed on a secure, level, and stable surface to avoid accidental knocks, tipping, or breakage.

Secured Installation (Wall Hanging)

For wall-mounted lamps, please use good quality hardware (e.g., strong hooks, appropriate adhesives). For adhesive mounting, always clean the wall surface with an alcohol wipe before application. Improper mounting or low-quality hardware may cause the lamp to fall, resulting in damage or injury.
