    2. Order Process & Fulfillment

    • Pricing: All prices are in SGD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
    • Made-to-Order: Products are manufactured only after an order is placed. Please allow an estimated 2 weeks (14 calendar days) for production before shipping.
    • Payment: We accept various payment methods. All payments must be received in full before an order is processed.

    All 3D models, digital files, designs, photography, and text are the exclusive property of PERSIMMONSG. Customers are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or reselling our designs or physical products without explicit written permission.

    • Internal Standards: While our products do not carry external certifications, they undergo rigorous in-house testing. Every design is evaluated for endurance and performance.
    • Order Inspection: Every individual order must pass a specific set of quality control checks before it is packaged and released for shipping.

     

    5. Product Disclaimer & Safety (Non-Certified Items)

    • Disclaimer of Certification: Our products, specifically those containing electronic components, are not certified by any governmental safety body.
    • User Responsibility: You assume sole responsibility for determining the suitability and safety of the Products for your intended use.
    • Liability Waiver: By purchasing, you acknowledge that PERSIMMONSG is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the product, including improper installation or environmental exposure.
