Cleaning

• Everyday dusting: use a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
• Dust, dirt & foreign objects:  lightly dampen the cloth with plain water.
• Wipe Gently: the product may have delicate or fragile parts, so avoid pressure.
• Never use abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners: they will dull the surface and damage the finish.

Do Not Use Dimmers

Our internal lighting is set to a specific voltage. Do not connect the lamp to any external dimmer switch or voltage regulator. Using an external device will damage the electrical components and void the warranty.

Avoid Heat Exposure

3D-printed materials are sensitive to heat and may warp or melt. Keep your item away from direct sunlight, ovens, heaters, or any hot appliances, and hot vehicle interiors.

Indoor Use Only

Your product is designed for indoor settings. Avoid rain and harsh outdoor environments to maintain material integrity and quality.

Stability First (Freestanding)

Ensure all items are placed on a secure, level, and stable surface to avoid accidental knocks, tipping, or breakage.

Secured Installation (Wall Hanging)

For wall-mounted lamps, please use good quality hardware (e.g., strong hooks, appropriate adhesives). For adhesive mounting, always clean the wall surface with an alcohol wipe before application. Improper mounting or low-quality hardware may cause the lamp to fall, resulting in damage or injury.

Coverage

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.

What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty is void and does not cover damage resulting from the following:

• Misuse & Accidents: Damage caused by drops, impacts, attempted repairs, or improper handling.
• Environmental Damage: Damage caused by extreme heat, direct sunlight, moisture, rain, or water.
• Tampering: Any unauthorized modification or alteration of the product.
• Normal Wear: General wear and tear or cosmetic damage over time.
